MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING
Moving is a lot of work. You take care of the moving - let us take care of the cleaning. Is the new home you are moving into not quite as clean as you would like? We can get it in shape so you can focus on turning that house into a home.
Collin Cleaning & Home Services, Inc. offers before & after party cleaning, Spring cleaning, and holiday cleaning. Whether this is a one time need, or you finding yourself enjoying the benefits of seasoned professionals, we are here to help!
Pricing and Payment
The initial deep cleaning, is completed in one or two visits, depending on the size and condition of the home and is priced by the hour at $38 per person, per hour.
Regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning is priced job specific, each home being unique and charged according to the specifications of the client and the details of their home. We guarantee this agreed upon amount for 1 year. We review each home annually.
- 1st of every month: Auto bill pay, *debit card (VISA or MC) or check
- Once per month: Pay by check on the first cleaning of the month
- At the time of service: Pay by check or cash (we issue receipts)
Note: Returned checks are subject to a $40 processing fee.
Our Guarantee To You
Our goal is provide you with outstanding service. Every time we clean we make a conscientious effort to please our clients. We are confident that you will be happy with our work and with our service to you. If you are not, please call us within 24 hours and we will cheerfully come back and correct the problem and write you a $50 check on the spot. *If you are still unsatisfied we will refund your money AND write a check for the same amount to a charity of your choice in your name. Collin Cleaning stands beside their work.
